DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

With the concept approved, we develop detailed drawings and refine material selections. This phase allows clients to visualize the space, fine-tune design elements, and ensure alignment with initial project goals, readying the project for implementation.

DETAILED DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

We prepare all necessary drawings and specifications, consolidating details for tendering and pricing. This phase includes construction documents to communicate the finalized design to contractors, supporting smooth project execution.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT

As construction begins, we oversee site activities and collaborate closely with contractors to maintain the design intent. Concurrently, we handle procurement of all specified items, managing orders and logistics to align with project timelines.

STYLING & FINAL TOUCHES

To complete the project, we add curated art, accessories, and styling elements, ensuring the finished space has a unique and personalized aesthetic that reflects our clients’ tastes.
