The design, featuring 900 m² of open space and 250 m² of enclosed space, is organized to facilitate shared family activities on the ground floor. The open-plan living room and kitchen connect smoothly to the terrace and garden, offering spatial continuity and embracing the natural elevation changes of the landscape. The living room is separated from the entrance hall by a transparent display unit, while a guest WC is also accessible from the hall.
Private spaces are located on the first floor, with both the master and children’s rooms designed to include individual dressing areas and bathrooms, ensuring privacy and functionality. The basement level features a study room with a view of the garden, providing a serene, secluded space for focused work.
Throughout the project, clean geometric forms are interwoven, using both sharp and curved surfaces in a beige color palette. Natural materials like wood and stone were used to create an aesthetic composition that complements the minimalist furniture selections. This design approach extends to the exterior, where natural materials, simple geometries, water elements, and landscaping create a peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor area includes a kitchenette and relaxation zone, serving as a shared living space for the family. Efficient use of the plot is maintained by incorporating a parking area on the street-facing side of the property.
