During the restoration, ceiling frescoes were carefully revived to reveal their original beauty. In the main hallway, which serves as the entry and central area, walls were peeled back to expose Constantinople-stamped bricks, celebrating the building’s history. Previously worn floors were replaced with solid oak woodblocks, providing warmth and durability to the space. The kitchen and kitchenette are designed to be discreet, and the removal of inner doors creates a more open, adaptable layout suited for office needs.
The partially peeled, oil-painted walls and vintage ironcast radiators add character and texture. Custom-made contemporary office desks are paired with escapefromsofa’s midcentury-inspired furniture, creating a harmonious blend of styles. The space is illuminated by Artemide suspended lamps, while Herman Miller office chairs enhance both comfort and aesthetic, establishing a unique and stylish work environment.
