Located in Istanbul’s Caddebostan district, escapefromsofa’s Caddebostan House offers a balanced design of open and private spaces across two storeys. Completed in 2020, the home features a warm, contemporary layout ideal for family living.
The ground floor, dedicated to common areas, includes an open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. A folding door connects the kitchen to the dining area, enhancing spatial flow, while the level opens out to a garden. The staff room is also located on this floor.
The upper floor includes a master bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite, alongside two children’s rooms, a playroom, and an additional bathroom. Neutral tones are prominent on the ground floor, with a raw concrete ceiling in the living area and wooden details upstairs adding warmth.
Custom furniture by escapefromsofa, including the sofa, center table, and dining table, enhance the cohesive design. Artemide Onfale lighting and Pierre Jeanneret chairs add stylish accents, while custom beds in the master and children’s rooms complete the space.
