This villa, featuring both refined interiors and a reimagined outdoor space, offers a seamless integration of design and environment, capturing the essence of sophisticated yet grounded living.
Escapefromsofa has transformed the villa’s 1600 m² outdoor area to overlook stunning Bosphorus views, immersing guests in an atmosphere that balances architecture with natural beauty. The landscape design incorporates tall bamboo and palm trees, adding vibrancy and enhancing the villa’s architectural lines. A striking 2-meter-tall metal hand statue marks the entry, drawing the eye and setting a bold tone. Floors are crafted from black-sapphire granite, creating a dynamic contrast with side walls clad in space-grey marble set in “patent” arrangements of varying sizes.
These marbles, hammered using four distinct techniques, add depth and texture, while polished Silver-Fantasy marble plates accent the walls, creating unique lighting effects in the evening. The subtle integration of lighting within these materials highlights their quality and creates an atmosphere that is as striking by day as it is at night.
