The 132 m² linear living room serves as the heart of the home, divided into two wings for dining and lounging. A central dividing wall partially separates these wings, with fireplaces on each side creating cozy gathering spots. Large sliding doors further separate the living room from the rest of the home, allowing it to function as both an open and intimate space.
The kitchen and TV room serve as transitional areas between communal and private zones. Two corridors house the staff rooms, laundry, technical room, storage, WC, and bathroom, with bedroom access leading off these corridors. The master suite includes a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, providing a secluded retreat within the home.
The residence’s color scheme is primarily white, with beige wood panels custom-designed by escapefromsofa lining the walls of the living room. In the dining area, Cassina chairs surround an escapefromsofa-designed table, illuminated by Moooi pendant lights. The lounge area features a B&B Italia sofa and armchairs paired with coffee tables by Atelier 1976 around the fireplace. In the opposite wing, escapefromsofa’s custom TV unit is accompanied by Maxalto white sofas, Cassina armchairs, and a green coffee table by Rezzan Benardete Interiors. A glass dresser by USM complements this composition, while the area around the second fireplace includes Cassina armchairs and a Noguchi Coffee Table. Custom-designed furniture by escapefromsofa is also featured in the bedrooms, enhancing the tailored aesthetic.
Artworks by Haluk Akakçe, Ayla Turan, Ömer Uluç, and Seçkin Pirim contribute to the gallery-inspired ambiance, further personalizing the space.
