This thoughtfully zoned layout, with communal and private spaces connected by a T-shaped corridor, balances vibrant design with functionality. Natural materials—deep auburn wood, onyx marble, and dark parquet floors—add warmth and texture, while a palette of terracotta, burnt reds, and soft neutrals is energized by deep blues and greens in the furnishings and artwork.
