Escapefromsofa redesigned the original 4-room layout of FB House into a spacious 3-room plan, focusing on an open flow. The central living room is divided into sitting, lounge, and work areas, featuring custom furnishings, an original fireplace with handmade ceramics, and ambient lighting for an elegant atmosphere.
The kitchen was expanded by merging with an adjacent room, creating cozy, connected kitchen and dining areas separated by an archway. A unique corridor from the master bedroom to the kitchen offers garden views, integrating a former balcony into the master bathroom and enhancing navigability throughout the space.
An ocher door separates the common areas from private rooms, while natural materials and bold tones throughout establish a warm, sophisticated ambiance. Oak wall coverings, pastel tones in the kitchen, and vibrant accents in the bathrooms create cohesion. The master bedroom’s neutral palette, accented with ocher, completes the home’s balanced, inviting design.
