This three-story home features a thoughtful layout that maximizes functionality and flow. The main floor serves as the heart of the home, where a large entrance hall leads to the living room, organized into two wings: a lounge with a fireplace on the left and a dining area on the right. The central sitting area, complete with petrol blue sofas from Gallotti&Radice, unifies the space. The kitchen, accessible from both the entrance hall and dining area, opens into a winter garden—formerly a balcony but now enclosed to create a transparent, light-filled space for year-round use.
The first floor houses the private areas, including the master bedroom, children’s room, and guest room, each offering a sense of tranquility and privacy. The master suite, with brass and glass partitions, includes a Hälsa bed and custom-made makeup table, adding elegance and functionality. The basement level, which opens directly to the garden, is a multifunctional space featuring a hobby room, guest room, cinema room, gym, and technical rooms. The hobby room, a favorite spot for the family, serves as a cozy gathering space and is furnished with a Cecotti sofa and B&B Italia coffee table, creating a second focal point for the home.
Throughout the villa, escapefromsofa incorporated natural materials and a warm color palette, blending wood, marble, and unique textures to create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The façade was also updated with natural wood veneer on aluminum profiles for the balcony railings and basement shutters, integrating modern touches with the home’s overall aesthetic.
